Lenovo and Intel joined together earlier and now came up with their net book known as Classmate+, as by the name shows it is focusing youngsters and especially for developing countries. It looks good too and more specially kids can carry it easily just like they do with their bags.

  • Has an Intel Atom N455 CPU
  • 1 or 2 GB of RAM
  • Has Windows 7 operating system
  • 10.1-inch anti-glare screen
  • 1.3 megapixel camera Wi-Fi accessory is available in it
  • The voice quality is enhanced by giving two speakers
  • a choice between a 3-cell or a 6-cell battery
  • it’s either 8 GB or a 16 GB SSD or a 160 or 250 GB HDD
  • shaped like a briefcase
  • Its weight is 1.33 kg with the smaller battery and 1.54 kg with the 6-cell version

It won’t be available at stores; it will be sold to agencies and institutions only. The first batch was being available in this spring to the students of Argentina.
