Driving a lot and tired of taking risks of typing messages, emails or even placing a call on your Android device? A quick solution is available called Vlingo. It allows you to listen to your voice commands with the added feature of reading out incoming messages and emails. It allows you to call, message, search (phone & maps), open apps, and email. The voice recognition capability of this app is out of the ordinary. You just tap on the main screen and simply speak to the app. The safe reader can be turned on so that your Android device can speak out incoming messages and emails to you.
All the basic commands for this app can be seen via the ‘what can I say’ button including super dialer, text message, search, open apps, local search and maps, social, and email.
Vlingo comes with two home screen widgets including ‘tap and speak’ and ‘safe reader on/off’. The safe reader is a great added option provided you don’t want the phone speaking out to you, it can simply be turned off.
