The voice recognition capability of this app is out of ordinary. You just tap on the main screen and simply speak to the app. Safe reader can be turned on so that your Android device can speak out incoming messages and email to you.

Vlingo comes with two home screen widgets including ‘tap and speak’ and ‘safe reader on/off’. Safe reader is a great added option provided you don’t want the phone speaking out to you, it can simply be turned off.
